To ensure every basket receives the attention it deserves, we require a 4–6 week turnaround time from order to delivery.

We are currently a local delivery business with no shipping at this time. Delivery within 30 miles is free to ensure your basket arrives on time and in perfect condition. Deliveries outside the 30-mile range will incur a flat $50 fee in the DFW metroplex area. If delivery is needed outside the metroplex please contact us.
About Basket Case
Hello! I’m Stephanie, the founder of Basket Case. I’m Texas born and raised and have called the Fort Worth area home for over 18 years. I’m a wife, a mother to two beautiful daughters, and a former educator with a passion for creativity and meaningful gift giving.
The idea for Basket Case began a few years ago during a very special season in a dear friend’s life. As her daughter’s wedding approached, I watched her navigate such an important milestone while also carrying the absence of her husband and son. While weddings are centered around the bride, I felt strongly that my friend deserved to feel just as seen, supported, and celebrated.
I created a custom gift basket just for her—filled with thoughtful items tailored to who she is and all she had poured into that moment as the mother of the bride. It was my way of saying, I see you, I love you, and what you’ve done matters. The response was overwhelming, not only from her, but from family and the entire bridal party. While it’s a joyful season, it can also be one filled with quiet giving.
Basket Case was created to honor those moments. Whether it’s for wedding celebrations, life’s meaningful milestones, or simply showing someone they are seen and appreciated, each basket is thoughtfully designed to express gratitude, love, and celebration in a beautiful and lasting way.
