Terms & Conditions 

1. General
By purchasing from Basket Case TX, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Basket Case TX provides hand-curated bridal and specialty gift baskets. Each order is created with care and attention, and due to the custom nature of our products, variations will occur.

2. Product Variations
Each basket is unique and may vary slightly in appearance and contents from the photos and descriptions shown on our website or social media. While we make every effort to source similar or higher-value substitutions when needed, exact items cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Basket Case TX personally handles deliveries within our local service area. At this time, we do not offer shipping—only local delivery and pickup options are available.

• Free Delivery: Within 30 miles of our service location.

• Extended Delivery Fee: Deliveries outside the 30-mile radius will incur a flat $50 delivery fee.

• Delivery Limits: If delivery services exceed the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex area please contact us.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.  Basket Case, TX needs a minimum two week turnaround time from order to delivery.

5. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom-curated nature of our baskets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

6. Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our baskets. If your basket arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage. Basket Case TX will gladly replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability
Basket Case TX is not liable for any damages arising from the use or consumption of products included in baskets. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients for allergies or sensitivities.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
