Because each basket is hand-curated and personalized, all sales are final. Basket Case TX does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your basket arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage. Basket Case TX will gladly replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
